Cancellation Policy
You may cancel the Reservation in writing at any time. If you cancel the Reservation, the price in accordance with the payment terms below,
46 days prior to arrival date in Japan: no penalty
45-31 days prior to arrival date in Japan: 30% of the tour fee
30-15 days prior to arrival date in Japan: 50% of the tour fee
14- arrival date prior to arrival date in Japan: 100% of the tour fee
No show total cost of the price will not be refundable.
Awaiting time 60 minutes at airport 30 minutes at hotels OR public places.
The date of cancellation shall be deemed to be the date on which Marco Tours receives written notice(email) of cancellation.
